Reading the website
You do not need an account to read these pages. The supplied website code does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, user profiling or a remote form submission service. It does not request your location, camera or microphone.
Delivering a webpage necessarily sends technical request information, such as an IP address and browser request headers, to the hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security services may process operational logs under their own configuration and retention arrangements. This notice does not claim that web requests are anonymous or that infrastructure logs never exist.
The local message preparation tool
Text entered on the contact page is processed in your browser to create a preview. The tool does not transmit entries to a server and does not store them in cookies or localStorage. Unprepared drafts may still be retained by browser features outside the tool’s control.
Choosing Copy text writes the prepared message to your device clipboard, subject to browser permission. Choosing Download text creates a file on your device. Other software or people with access to your device may be able to read clipboard content or downloaded files. Clear or delete those copies when they are no longer needed.
If you send an email
Preparing a message does not send it. If you separately send an email, your email provider and the receiving email service process the message. The publication receives the information you choose to include, such as your address, name, question and attachments.
Correspondence is used to consider and respond to the enquiry, correct editorial content where appropriate, handle privacy requests and protect the service from abuse. Avoid sending sensitive personal data or confidential information belonging to another person.
Retention and disclosure
Email correspondence should be kept only as long as needed to address the enquiry, maintain a necessary record or meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the subject and any continuing legal or security need; no universal deletion interval is promised here.
Information may be processed by necessary hosting or email service providers and disclosed where required by applicable law or to address a legitimate security incident. The supplied pages do not sell personal information or send form entries to marketing services.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
