We publish independent explanatory guides about online courses, technical foundations, workplace practice and career exploration. The site is an editorial resource, not a school, an awarding organisation, a recruitment agency or an accreditation service.
Begin with the learner’s decision
Our starting question is practical: what work does the reader want to do, and what support would help them learn it? We favour specific outcomes, visible prerequisites and realistic practice over broad promises of transformation.
Good guidance makes the commitment clearer, including the reasons a course may not fit.
Compare meaningful dimensions
We discuss curriculum, practice, feedback, workload, total cost and credential meaning. We do not assume that a higher price produces better learning or that a free resource is sufficient for every learner. Context matters, including accessibility, available time and the need for assessment.
Use sources within their limits
Links to providers, official documentation and occupational resources help readers inspect the underlying material. We distinguish a provider’s description from independently demonstrated outcomes. This site does not claim to have purchased, completed or tested every course referenced.
Provider catalogues, access rules and certification requirements change. Verify consequential details with the issuing organisation, receiving institution, regulator or employer before relying on them.
Keep examples honest
Practice tasks on this site are suggested exercises, not graduate case studies. We do not invent learner testimonials, placement rates or salary improvements. Illustrations and study photographs are editorial imagery and do not establish an affiliation with a course provider.
Editorial independence
The links in this edition are ordinary reference links, not affiliate enrolment links. We do not sell course placements or publish a paid ranking here. References to other organisations do not imply their endorsement of this publication.
